1. Overview
AffZero is operated by AffZero LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. All payments for AffZero subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited / Paddle.com Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a subscription, your payment relationship is with Paddle, and charges will appear on your statement as Paddle.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You can cancel your subscription through the Paddle buyer portal (accessible via the link in your subscription confirmation email) or by contacting us through our Contact page.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with AffZero for any reason, you can request a refund. To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact page or email us directly. You can also request a refund through the Paddle buyer portal.
All refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
4. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you reside in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer law. 5. Discount Codes and Promotions
From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, or referral credits. These apply to the initial charge or period specified at the time of the offer. When a promotional period ends, your subscription will renew at the standard price for your plan. Refunds for promotional or discounted purchases are based on the amount actually paid.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, we encourage you to contact us or Paddle directly before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. This often results in a faster resolution.
